First of all, in our initial meeting, we seek total honesty and transparency from both parties. After this, our clients brief us of a short-fall or area that they believe could show signs of improvement in their current business activities.
We then either remotely or directly deploy our partners, or one of our qualified associates to come in on a paid contract basis, agree a strategy and goals with you and fix the problem through to completion on a set project basis. Sometimes these projects last 3 months, 6 months, or for some of our longer standing clients - on and off for years on a needs basis.
Every time we leave a project, we end up cutting wastage, improving productivity and increasing sales for much less time, risk and money than what it would take to employ someone directly or engage a consultant.
